The current site frames Trap Street as a brand. The end-state wants to look like a data product — closer to HuggingFace's leaderboards or Chatbot Arena or speedrun.com. Tracks first, leaderboard second, brand last. This page sketches that.

Easy to land, hard to leave.

Universal → professional → viral. Visitors come in via whichever track matches their reason for showing up, and the IA never makes them choose between "is this for me?" and "is this serious?"

The May 29 stage demo runs against the current homepage layout — that flow is rehearsed, screenshotted, and locked. Cards in this page are concept previews, not shipping product. They move to / when the full v1 backend (auth, real submissions, persistent leaderboard) is ready.
